  • Designed and deployed LLM voice and chat agents (prompts, tool/function calling, guardrails, exit conditions) on Amazon Connect and Amazon Bedrock (Claude Haiku 4.5, Amazon Nova) for a customer-service accelerator used in RFP demos for a major Canadian member-services organization.
  • Diagnosed agent failure modes directly from call transcripts and execution logs, debugging silent-exit, retry, and error-path behavior to produce clean end-to-end test calls and production-ready handoffs.
  • Engineered Python serverless APIs on AWS Lambda and DynamoDB: member lookup (including secondary index on phone numbers), rule-based identity verification across three security levels, coverage rules, dispatch records, and mock CRM (ServiceNow) write-back. Generated synthetic datasets with flagged validation rules.
  • Architected a PCI-aware voice payment flow featuring encrypted keypad entry, simulated payment gateway with idempotent charges, and retry limits; verified call audio recordings with a Goertzel-filter scan for keypad tones (guaranteeing 0 tone windows in card-entry segments).
  • Authored modular CloudFormation templates and a keyless CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions with OIDC, least-privilege IAM); wrote 40+ pytest unit tests, live self-tests, and read-only drift-detection snapshots.
  • Created a reusable one-command demo kit (deploy, seed, smoke test, teardown) and launched a bilingual Serbian/English booking chat agent in under 24 hours.
